Impact Podiatry PLLC is a podiatry practice located in the Tomball Cypress Spring and Tidwell areas of Texas. Our goal is to provide solutions for health and wellness issues related to the feet. We want our patients to return to their daily lives as pain-free as possible.

Dr. Huzefa Sakerwalla is the owner and podiatrist. He grew up in Spring, Texas. After studying out-of-state for many years, he is thrilled to be able to return to his hometown and help his community.

Dr. Sakerwalla currently has hospital privileges at HCA Tomball and HCA North Cypress.

Impact Podiatry is proud to partner with Burhani Physical Therapy & Rehab to provide gait analysis and diagnosis for patients suffering from dynamic posture and coordination disorders.


Hours for Cypress Location: Monday and Thurs 10am-3pm

Hours for Tomball Location: Tues and Wed 10am-3pm

Hours for Spring Location: Tues 9am-12pm

Hours for Tidwell Location: Thurs 9am-12pm

Appointments can be scheduled outside of normal hours as needed.

Dr. Sakerwalla is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is knowledgeable in common podiatric conditions. His training was extensive in wound care with  diabetic limb salvage and maintains a heavy interest in sports medicine.

Dr. Sakerwalla trained at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He attended residency training in Brooklyn, NY at Maimonides Midwood Community Hospital and Maimonides Medical Center. He was chief resident during his final year of training. 


Dr. Sakerwalla believes strongly in public service and hopes his practice will make a positive impact on people's health in his community. 


By educating the community about issues such as diabetic foot syndrome and peripheral vascular disease, he hopes to reduce the number of hospitalizations related to foot issues and improve lives.
